  • This is a 1-1 consultation where we discuss the potential your home has to offer and how best to style your spaces to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers.
  • You will receive a detailed report containing specific advice on how to style each space within your home with your current furniture and décor, occupied/partial staging recommendations to help elevate your property to the next level and a tips & tricks guide to help with preparing your home for going on the market.

This package is ideal for homeowners who want step-by-step guidance on how best to style their home with expert advice, direction & attention to detail.

Occupied | Partial Home Staging

  • If you’re planning on living in your home or have a tenanted property this is the package for you.
  • We combine your existing furniture & décor, re-styling & adding some of our own staging décor such as; art, linen, soft furnishings and basic furniture to meet your styling needs.
  • For this package we will have an initial consultation to discuss the personalised needs of your home, this allows us to beautifully style your home while you live in it & have it on the market.

This package is perfect for occupied homes. We help to elevate your current styling  and ensure the property's best features are highlighted & ready for potential buyers to view at any time.

Vacant Home Staging

  • Transform your vacant property into a market-ready home with a full interior staging.
  • This package includes an initial consultation & interior staging for;
    2 bedrooms, living area, dining & kitchen areas for one month.
  • Vacant home staging include all furniture including beds, linen, soft furnishings like cushions & throws, artwork, rugs, & home décor.
